Radio commentator Dan Bongino named FBI Deputy Director

US President Donald Trump has appointed radio commentator Dan Bongino as the Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and he will serve under newly confirmed FBI Director Kash Patel. Bongino, aged 50, is a former NYPD officer and Secret Service agent who worked as part of the protection detail for Presidents George W Bush and Barack Obama.
