Ragpicker stoned to death over quilt in Haryana's Panchkula

A ragpicker was reportedly stoned to death after a fight over a quilt with four youths in Kundi village of Panchkula, Haryana. The deceased, a resident of Hardoi district in Uttar Pradesh, was a tenant in Zirakpur but sometimes slept on the footpath in Kundi. The case came to light on January 14.
