Rahul asked me to return to vehicle out of safety concern: Shivakumar amid collar-pulling row

Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar, reacting to row over a video allegedly showing Rahul Gandhi pulling him by collar, said Rahul had advised him to return to the vehicle out of concern for his safety. "That is the bond we share...A 10-second video cannot tell the whole story," he stated. Assam CM Himanta Sarma had accused Rahul of publicly humiliating Shivakumar.
