Congress MP Rahul Gandhi coined the TINA (There Is No Accountability) acronym after a techie died in Noida due to drowning in a 70-foot-deep water-filled pit. "India’s urban collapse isn’t about lack of money, technology, or solutions...it’s about lack of accountability." Rahul Gandhi posted on X. The techie had died despite the presence of officials who couldn't save him.
