Vishwa Hindu Parishad's Joint General Secretary Surendra Jain said on Sunday that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has no understanding of either Hindu or Hindutva. Jain said so while replying to Gandhi's comment that India belongs to 'Hindus', not 'Hindutvawadis', which he made at a rally in Jaipur while calling Mahatma Gandhi a 'Hindu' and Nathuram Godse a 'Hindutvawadi'.
