Rahul Gandhi gets notice from EC over 'panauti' remark on PM Modi

Election Commission of India has issued a notice to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on his 'panauti' and 'pickpocket' remarks on PM Narendra Modi. "It is alleged that comparing...PM to 'pickpocket' and using the word 'panauti' is unbecoming of a very senior leader of national political party," the notice said. The EC further asked him to respond by November 25.
