Rahul Gandhi has 'Rafale phobia', says Ravi Shankar Prasad

Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Sunday took a dig at the Congress President Rahul Gandhi saying he has "Rafale phobia". He added the kind of language Rahul was using against the Prime Minister does not behove him. Prasad further said, "Rahul Gandhi in the most irresponsible manner is playing with the security of India."
