Rahul Gandhi moves Supreme Court against Allahabad HC order directing CBI, ED probe in assets case

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has moved Supreme Court, challenging the Allahabad High Court order that directed the CBI and ED to verify allegations of disproportionate assets against him. The High Court had observed that ED and CBI could take appropriate steps according to law. A bench led by CJI Surya Kant is likely to hear the matter on August 17.
