Accusing Congress President Rahul Gandhi of "concocting" a conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron, Union Minister Arun Jaitley said, "Rahul...has lowered his own credibility and seriously hurt the image of an Indian politician before the world at large." Gandhi claimed Macron told him there was no binding secrecy clause in the Rafale deal, but this was denied by France's government.
