Rahul laid many conditions for visiting J&K: Governor Malik

Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik on Tuesday said Congress' Rahul Gandhi has put forth many conditions for visiting J&K, including meeting leaders under detention. "He is politicising the matter by seeking to bring a delegation of opposition leaders to create further unrest and problems," he added. J&K has been under a security lockdown since Article 370 was revoked.
