Rahul should be the first to fill caste census form: BJP's Vallabh

Speaking to media in Ranchi, BJP's Gourav Vallabh said Congress leader Rahul Gandhi tries to create a divide on caste lines everywhere. "He should tell his own caste first," Vallabh further said, adding, "Rahul should be the first to fill out form of caste census." Earlier, Rahul claimed at an election rally that Congress would implement caste census in Jharkhand.
