Rahul spends most time abroad, he's a part-time politician: Joshi

Union Minister Pralhad Joshi criticised Leader of Opposition (LoP) Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi over his upcoming Germany visit amid Parliament's winter session. "Rahul Gandhi always spends most of his time abroad whenever Parliament is in session and later says that he doesn't get a chance to speak," Joshi said. "He is a part-time, not serious political leader," he added.
