Rahul’s record 50 helps Ashwin win 1st match as IPL captain

Lokesh Rahul smashed the fastest-ever Indian Premier League fifty off 14 balls as Ravichandran Ashwin-led Kings XI Punjab defeated Delhi Daredevils on Sunday. Rahul, who scored 51 off 16 balls, became the first player to score a fifty inside three overs of an innings in T20 cricket. Notably, the match was Ravichandran Ashwin's first as captain of a T20 side.
