Raichur shop owner hacked 8 times over cigarette credit

A 38-year-old grocery shop owner, Narasimhaiah, was allegedly killed in Raichur, Karnataka, after refusing to give a cigarette on credit. Accused Tilak Singh attacked him eight times with a machete outside his shop in LBS Nagar. CCTV footage captured the attack. Narasimhaiah died on the spot; a case has been registered at Market Yard Police Station.
