Railways introduces new team for housekeeping on trains

Indian Railways has introduced a new On Board Housekeeping Service (OBHS) team and an improved linen facility on certain trains. "There is so much cleanliness today. Everything, including the hand towels and the bedsheets, is neatly packed in envelopes. It’s all much better than before," a passenger said. Notably, the housekeeping services have been in place since 2007.
