Railways objects to Fevicol ad banner showing passengers hanging from train in Mumbai

An old Fevicol advertisement in Bandra depicting people hanging from a Mumbai local train was taken down on Saturday after the Railways objected to it. Railways said the ad "portrayed Indian Railways, particularly the Mumbai local trains, in a derogatory and misleading manner". In a formal complaint, Railways said it facilitates travel of over 70 lakh people daily.
