Railways shares video of 2 trains on same track avoiding collision with 'Kavach'

The Ministry of Railways on Friday shared a video of a successful test of the indigenously developed anti-collision system, 'Kavach'. The clip featuring Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw showed two trains approaching each other on the same track and automatically coming to a halt to avoid a collision. 'Kavach' is being promoted as the world's cheapest automatic train collision protection system.
