Rainfall and thunderstorms lashed parts of Delhi and NCR on Thursday, bringing relief from the heat. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said thunderstorms accompanied by lightning, very light to light rainfall, and gusty winds of 40-50 kmph would take place. It added that similar conditions, including lightning and light rain, are likely to continue during the night.
