The India Meteorological Department predicted isolated very heavy rainfall for Tamil Nadu and isolated heavy rainfall in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh till November 28. It said Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura could get light to moderate rainfall on Friday. It added that pockets of Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh will see dense fog conditions till November 26.
