Rainfall and thunderstorms are likely to hit Delhi and NCR in the next few hours, bringing relief for people from the severe heatwave. "Moderate to severe thunderstorm/lightning accompanied by isolated hailstorm and light to moderate rain and strong winds (speed 50-60 kmph gusting to 70 kmph) very likely at many places over Delhi," IMD said.
