Rainwater enters BHU hospital, people in waist-deep water carry patients on shoulders

Rainwater entered Sir Sunderlal Hospital at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in Varanasi after 15 hours of rain. The people were seen carrying patients on shoulders in waist-deep water. Many people returned from the hospital without treatment due to waterlogging in the premises. The paths leading from the hospital's OPD area to the testing counters were submerged in water.
