Raj govt suspends 3 officials after 300-yr-old temple demolished in Alwar

Rajasthan government suspended three officials, including Rajgarh Sub-Divisional Magistrate, after a 300-year-old Shiva temple was demolished in Alwar on Friday. The other suspended officials are Rajgarh Municipality Board's chairman and Executive Officer of the Nagar Panchayat. The demolition was done to remove illegal encroachments and the temple's idols, DM Shivprasad Nakate had said.
