Rajasthan becomes 1st state to announce lockdown from March 22 to March 31

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has announced that the state will remain in lockdown from March 22 to 31 amid the coronavirus pandemic. Under the lockdown, all the borders of the state will also be sealed. CM Gehlot added that only shops selling daily necessities like vegetables, dairy and medical items will remain open during the lockdown.
