Rajasthan govt launches Annapurna Rasoi to give meals for ₹8

Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on Friday launched Annapurna Rasoi scheme, under which the state government will provide breakfast for ₹5 and lunch and dinner for ₹8 to the poor. Rajasthan government has introduced 80 vehicles to cover headquarters of 12 districts for the first phase of the scheme, which is similar to Late Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa's Amma canteen.
