Jhabar Singh Kharra, Urban Development and Housing Minister of Rajasthan, has sparked a row after he spat inside the state Assembly while responding to a query from Opposition. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media. Notably, Uttar Pradesh Speaker Satish Mahana called out MLAs for spitting pan masala in state Assembly last year.
