Rajasthan orders probe into two post-caesarean deaths

Rajasthan formed a four-member committee to probe the deaths of two women following caesarean deliveries at Government General Hospital, Bundi. One patient developed severe postpartum haemorrhage, while the other suffered respiratory distress. Both were referred to higher centres but later died. The committee will examine treatment, records and referrals and submit its report within two days.
