Rajasthan plans to become 2nd state to implement UCC Bill: State minister

Rajasthan minister Kanhaiya Lal Choudhary announced that Rajasthan is making efforts to become the second state after Uttarakhand to implement Uniform Civil Code (UCC) Bill. "CM [Bhajanlal Sharma] is in support of this. He has given directions...Work will be done soon," he added. Choudhary claimed the bill will be introduced in the current or next session of the state Assembly.
