Rajasthan rolls out ‘Sarthak Naam Abhiyan’ in schools

The Rajasthan education department has introduced 'Sarthak Naam Abhiyan' to help students replace awkward or negative names. A list of 2,950 names has been provided to schools, officials said. Education Minister Madan Dilawar noted names shape identity and confidence, adding that the voluntary initiative is aimed at students from Classes 1 to 9, with parental consent required.
