Rajesh Kumar Singh takes charge as DPIIT Secretary

Senior IAS officer Rajesh Kumar Singh on Monday assumed the charge of Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), the Ministry of Commerce and Industry said in a statement. He has replaced Anurag Jain, who's been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. Prior to this, Singh was Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying.
