Rajesh Nambiar quits Cognizant as CMD, to become NASSCOM Prez

Rajesh Nambiar has stepped down from Cognizant as its India Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He will become President of technology industry body NASSCOM, succeeding Debjani Ghosh, whose term ends in November this year. Cognizant has named Rajesh Varrier as its new CMD, effective October 1. Varrier will also become Global Head of Operations.
