Rajesh Nambiar to no longer serve as Cognizant's digital business head

Cognizant has notified its shareholders that Rajesh Nambiar will no longer serve as the Executive Vice President and President of Digital Business and Technology, effective July 6. Nambiar will continue to serve as EVP, Chairman and Managing Director of Cognizant India. Cognizant has said that it will be simplifying its internal operating structure around practice areas and delivery operations.
