Rajiv Bajaj to step down from Bajaj Finance's board

Bajaj Finance on Wednesday announced that Rajiv Bajaj will step down from its board at the end of his current term. He has informed that he will not be offering himself for re-election, the company said in a filing. He will cease to be a non-executive director of the company at its annual general meeting scheduled for July 30.
