Rajkummar, Patralekhaa buy Janhvi's luxury apartment in Juhu for ₹44 crore

Actors Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa have bought a luxury triplex apartment in Mumbai's Juhu locality for nearly ₹44 crore from Janhvi Kapoor, documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com showed. The 3,456 sq ft apartment is spread across the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of the building. Rajkummar and his wife Patralekha have paid a stamp duty of ₹2.19 crore for the apartment.
