Rajnath raises concern over 'white collar terrorism', says Delhi blast accused were doctors

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh raised concern over rising "white-collar terrorism" in India, noting that the accused in the Delhi car bomb blast were qualified doctors. Speaking at an event, he said, "The purpose of education isn't only professional success but also the development of morality, ethics and human character." Over 10 people were killed in the Delhi blast.
