Rajnath Singh flags off 'Suryastra' rocket launcher in Maharashtra

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh flagged off the 'Suryastra' rocket launcher as he inaugurated a major 'Defence Manufacturing Complex' in Maharashtra's Shirdi on Saturday. 'Suryastra' can fire rockets for up to 150 to 300 kilometres and was recently tested. The Indian Army has already placed an order for the system. Kamikaze drones and other equipments were also displayed at the event.
