Rajnath Singh lays foundation stone of tunnel in Vizag for naval research

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh laid the foundation stone for a Large Cavitation Tunnel (LCT) facility at Naval Science and Technological Laboratory (NSTL) in Visakhapatnam on Friday. The facility, being developed under the DRDO, would enhance indigenous capabilities in the design, development and testing of ships and submarines. The tunnel would strengthen India's stealth capabilities, he said.
