Rajnigandha-parent to buy Noida's GIP Mall for ₹2,000 cr: Report

DS Group, known for brands like Rajnigandha and L'Opéra, is likely to buy The Great India Place Mall for ₹2,000 crore, Mint reported. The complex, spanning 147 acres, has about 1.7 million square feet currently available for development. The mall, in which Unitech Group has a 42% stake, is being sold as it is under a debt of ₹1,000 crore.
