Rajnikanth meets DMK chief Stalin after party loses in Tamil Nadu elections

Actor Rajinikanth met DMK chief MK Stalin after the party lost to TVK in the Tamil Nadu Assembly polls. A Moneycontrol report said Rajinikanth used the visit to express solidarity with Stalin. Stalin also lost his constituency to TVK candidate VS Babu by nearly 8,700 votes. Rajinikanth had earlier congratulated Vijay for his "resounding victory" in the elections.
