Ram Mandir trust recovered ₹58 lakh from accused before probe began in donation theft case: Report

Representatives of Ram Mandir trust and police officials on June 5 recovered ₹58 lakh from house of Avinash Shukla, one of the eight accused in donation theft case, according to a report. The remaining amount was returned by accused through bank transfers between June 5 and 8, the report added. Notably, SIT in the case was formed on June 13.
