Ram Vilas Paswan's son Chirag Paswan appointed as LJP President

Union Minister and Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) founder Ram Vilas Paswan's son Chirag Paswan on Tuesday was appointed as its President at the party's national executive meeting. Chirag Paswan is a Lok Sabha MP from Bihar's Jamui. LJP, founded by his father in 2000, won six seats in Bihar in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
