Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre has been sent to police custody till July 13 by the Kalyan Court in connection with the alleged assault on doctors and hospital staff at Shastri Nagar Hospital in Dombivli. The order came after his virtual appearance plea was rejected and he was produced before the court.
