Rana Ayyub becomes 1st Indian to receive US' highest press freedom award

Journalist Rana Ayyub has become the first Indian to receive John Aubuchon Press Freedom Award, America's highest press freedom award. Ayyub dedicated the award to slain Palestinian-American journalist Shireen Abu Akleh and other journalists "fighting an isolating battle". She said it's isolating to live in her own country like a criminal. Earlier, she was chargesheeted in a money laundering case.
