Rana Kapoor reappointed as Yes Bank CEO for another 3 years

Yes Bank shareholders on Tuesday approved the reappointment of Rana Kapoor as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for another three-year term starting September 1. His new tenure now has to be approved by the Reserve Bank of India. Notably, Rana Kapoor has been at the helm of the private sector lender since 2004.
