India head coach Gautam Gambhir said rankings "do not matter" while rejecting claims that the team is struggling in Test cricket. "Since England tour, we've played reasonable Test cricket," he added. Responding to criticism, Gambhir said his job is to win trophies and that he doesn't not care about "views or likes". India are currently fifth on WTC points table.
