Rapido rider having 2 kids sends obscene messages to Mumbai woman on Telegram, FIR filed

An FIR has been filed against a Rapido rider for sending obscene messages to a Mumbai woman on Telegram. The woman’s friend shared a video online, claiming police and helpline calls initially went unanswered. He said he later traced the rider’s home and learned he's married with two children. An FIR was eventually registered against the rider, who's absconding.
