Rapper Arivu detained for staging anti-NEET protest in Chennai

The Chennai police detained Tamil rapper Arivu for staging an unauthorised protest in support of abolishing the NEET exam near the Secretariat in Chennai, a "high-security zone". Arivu also condemned the police crackdown on protesters during the 'Sansad Chalo' march in New Delhi. After getting released, Arivu met Minister Aadhav Arjuna and dismissed reports that claimed he met CM Vijay.
