Rapper Vacio who wore only a sock to the "almost-naked" party in Russia has been jailed for 15 days and fined 200,000 roubles. Russian government spokesperson Dmitry Peskov asked reporters to forgive him for not publicly commenting on the scandal, saying: "Let you and I be the only ones in the country who aren't discussing this topic."
