Rare 99-mn-year-old dinosaur tail with feathers found in amber
A tail of a 99 million-year-old dinosaur was found in a fossil, discovered in Myanmar. High-tech imaging revealed eight small vertebrae, still attached, which were surrounded by soft feathers. The tail was from a young dinosaur from the group called the coelurosaurs. The discovery also proved that dinosaurs other than birds also had feathers.
