Rare dinosaur skeleton sold for ₹450 crore at auction in New York

A rare Nanotyrannus skeleton named 'Jodi' sold for $47.3 million (₹450 crore) at a Sotheby's auction in New York, far exceeding its estimated price of $6-9 million. Discovered by Montana rancher Jodi Pierson in 2019, the nearly 70%-complete fossil is one of only three known. The anonymous buyer secured it after a 12-minute bidding battle involving six bidders.
