Rare mammal 'takin' spotted in Arunachal; 1st camera trap pic released

Rare mammal takin, which is listed as Vulnerable in IUCN Red List, was spotted in Arunachal Pradesh's East Kameng district recently. Seppa Forest Division shared a picture of takin and wrote, "First ever Camera trap photo of #takin in East Kameng." Takin is in the mammalian family Bovidae that also includes antelopes, oxen, sheep and goats, among others.
